# What You'll Need:

01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 60 g breadcrumbs
03 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 15 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 40 g onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
11 - 1 large egg
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Tzatziki Sauce

13 - 250 g plain Greek yogurt
14 - 0.5 cucumber, grated and well drained
15 - 1 clove garlic, minced
16 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
17 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
18 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, onion, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if desired), and the egg until thoroughly combined.
03 - With dampened hands, form the mixture into meatballs approximately 2.5–4 cm in diameter and arrange them on the prepared tray.
04 - Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
05 - While the meatballs are baking, combine Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
06 - Allow the meatballs to cool briefly before serving with chilled tzatziki sauce.
