# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

→ Tzatziki

10 - 2 cucumbers, grated and drained
11 - 1.25 cups Greek yogurt
12 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
13 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
14 - 1 garlic clove, minced
15 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
16 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Salad

17 - 3 tomatoes, diced
18 - 3 cucumbers, diced
19 - 0.5 red onion, finely chopped
20 - 0.25 cup chopped parsley (optional)
21 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ To Serve

22 - 4 to 6 pita breads or flatbreads, warmed

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, yogurt, oregano, salt, and pepper in a ziplock bag.
02 - Add chicken to the marinade, seal the bag, and massage to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours.
03 - Grate and drain cucumbers. Mix with yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
04 - Combine diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
05 - Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
06 - Let cooked chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
07 - Warm pita breads. Layer with salad, sliced chicken, and tzatziki. Wrap and twist parchment paper to secure.
