03 - 100 g spicy salami
04 - 100 g pancetta

05 - 7 slices Monterey Jack cheese

06 - 0.5 tomato, sliced

→ Condiments

07 - Kosher salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
09 - Balsamic glaze, for finishing

→ Coleslaw Mixture

10 - 1 cup shredded cabbage
11 - 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing

→ Pesto Butter Spread

12 - 2 tablespoons pesto
13 - 4 tablespoons butter
14 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice the ciabatta loaf horizontally into two equal halves.
02 - In a small bowl, combine butter, pesto, and chopped parsley until evenly mixed. Spread the mixture generously onto the cut sides of both ciabatta halves.
03 - Place the prepared ciabatta halves in an air fryer or under a broiler. Toast until the bread is golden and crisp, approximately 2–3 minutes.
04 - Arrange cooked ham, spicy salami, and pancetta over the bottom half of the ciabatta. Layer with sliced tomato and season with kosher salt.
05 - Top with slices of Monterey Jack cheese. Return the open sandwich to the air fryer or oven until the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Season with freshly ground black pepper. In a separate bowl, mix shredded cabbage with Caesar dressing. Place a generous layer of coleslaw on top of the melted cheese.
07 - Drizzle balsamic glaze over the fillings. Close the sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta, press gently, and serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For maximum crunch, assemble and serve the sandwich immediately after toasting and melting the cheese.
02 - Customize the level of heat by adjusting the amount of spicy salami.
