Juicy steak bites meet creamy Parmesan pasta shells in a rich, crowd-pleasing garlic butter dish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Steak Bites

01 - 450 g beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Creamy Parmesan Shells

06 - 225 g shell pasta
07 - 240 ml heavy cream
08 - 100 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
09 - Fresh parsley, roughly chopped, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
02 - Season steak pieces with salt and black pepper. Introduce steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the steak bites and keep warm.
03 - Boil the shell pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and reserve.
04 - In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
05 - Return the seared steak bites to the skillet, stirring to coat evenly in the creamy Parmesan sauce.
06 - Incorporate the drained shell pasta, mixing thoroughly until all elements are well coated with the sauce. Heat gently for 1-2 minutes.
07 - Portion the steak bites and creamy shells onto plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For a lighter variation, replace heavy cream with half-and-half. Substitute steak with shrimp or chicken if preferred.
