# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Pasta and Parmesan Sauce

08 - 340 g fettuccine or preferred pasta
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 240 ml heavy cream
12 - 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 120 ml chicken broth
14 - Salt, to taste
15 - Black pepper, to taste
16 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
03 - Lower the heat to medium. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in the same pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
04 - Return the sautéed chicken to the pan with garlic butter. Stir well to coat chicken evenly in the sauce.
05 - In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Sauté 2 cloves minced garlic briefly. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer.
06 - Gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Add drained pasta to the Parmesan cream sauce, gently tossing until noodles are fully coated.
08 - Distribute the creamy pasta onto plates. Top generously with garlic butter chicken bites.
09 - Sprinkle each serving with finely chopped parsley. Optionally, drizzle with additional garlic butter before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For extra flavour, use freshly grated Parmesan and adjust the garlic quantity to preference.
