02 - 30 g bread crumbs
03 - 60 ml whole milk

05 - 25 g thinly sliced scallion whites

07 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes

08 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

09 - 60 g sour cream
10 - 60 g mayonnaise
11 - 2 tablespoons buffalo hot sauce
12 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
13 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
14 - 1 tablespoon honey

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, minced garlic, sliced scallion whites, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly until just combined.
03 - Shape meat mixture into 4 cm balls and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Gently brush the tops of each meatball with vegetable oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
05 - While meatballs bake, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, buffalo hot sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a medium bowl until silky and combined.
06 - Arrange baked meatballs on a serving platter or over rice. Drizzle generously with prepared sauce and garnish with chopped scallion greens.
