# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Potatoes

02 - 680 grams baby Yukon Gold or red potatoes, halved

→ Seasonings

03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Other Ingredients

07 - 33 grams grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 45 milliliters olive oil
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat the oven to 200°C and prepare a large sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
02 - Rub the chicken breasts with 15 milliliters olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Toss the halved potatoes with remaining 30 milliliters olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Place seasoned chicken on one side of the pan and spread the potatoes evenly on the other side.
05 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
06 - Sprinkle additional Parmesan over the dish during the last 5 minutes of baking for a golden crust.
07 - Top with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
