Rub the chicken breasts with 15 milliliters olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the halved potatoes with remaining 30 milliliters olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper.

Place seasoned chicken on one side of the pan and spread the potatoes evenly on the other side.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.

Sprinkle additional Parmesan over the dish during the last 5 minutes of baking for a golden crust.
