# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and green bell pepper for about 4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika, cooking for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Stir in ketchup, tomato paste, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes, then return the chicken to the skillet and mix thoroughly.
04 - Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes until it thickens.
05 - Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Spoon the Cajun chicken mixture evenly over the cheese and cover with the top half of the bun. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - To prevent sogginess, lightly toast the buns before assembling.
