Rinse salmon fillets under cold water and gently pat thoroughly dry with paper towels to encourage crisp skin.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside for glazing during cooking.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once oil is shimmering, place salmon fillets skin-side down. Sear undisturbed for 4 minutes until skin turns golden and crispy.

Carefully flip fillets. Brush with half of the honey garlic glaze. Continue cooking 3–4 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork; internal temperature should reach 63°C.

Remove skillet from heat. Drizzle remaining glaze over salmon and garnish with chopped green onions just before serving.
