Arrange three separate shallow bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip into egg, and thoroughly coat with breadcrumbs.

Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray, arrange coated chicken pieces in a single layer, and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and fully cooked.
