# What You'll Need:

→ Slider Assembly

01 - 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls, sliced horizontally as a single slab
02 - 12 slices deli turkey, evenly layered
03 - 240 ml whole berry cranberry sauce
04 - 6 slices Havarti cheese, torn to fit

→ Butter Topping

05 - 85 g unsalted butter, melted
06 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
07 - 10 ml Dijon mustard
08 - 3 g dried minced onion
09 - 2 g poppy seeds
10 - 4 g chopped fresh chives

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly coat a 23 x 33 cm baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Slice entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping rolls attached. Set bottom half in prepared dish with cut side up.
03 - Arrange sliced turkey evenly over the base layer of rolls, ensuring even coverage.
04 - Spoon cranberry sauce over turkey layer and spread evenly to edges with a spatula.
05 - Distribute Havarti cheese slices over cranberry layer, overlapping as needed to cover completely.
06 - Carefully place the top half of rolls over filling and press gently to compact.
07 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried minced onion, poppy seeds, and chopped chives until well mixed.
08 - Generously brush butter mixture over roll tops, covering evenly and working into seams.
09 - Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake at 175°C for 15–18 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
10 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 3–5 minutes until tops are golden and crisp.
11 - Cut between each roll to separate sliders. Serve immediately while warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Choose whole berry cranberry sauce for texture or opt for jellied if a smoother spread is preferred.
02 - Sliders can be assembled the day prior and refrigerated; brush with butter just before baking.
03 - Leftover roasted turkey may substitute deli slices; use approximately 375–500 g.
04 - Reheat leftover sliders at 150°C for about 10 minutes or microwave for 30–45 seconds.
05 - Closely observe in the final baking stage to avoid burning the roll tops.
