# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and line an 20×20 cm baking pan with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
02 - In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated. Stir in vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest if using, until the frosting is creamy and uniform.
03 - Once the cake base has cooled completely, evenly spread the cream cheese frosting over the top. Sprinkle additional chopped dried cranberries and drizzle melted white chocolate over the frosting.
04 - Slice the assembled cake into squares or rectangles. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For an added crunch, incorporate chopped nuts such as pecans or walnuts. Substitute dried cranberries with cherries or blueberries for varied flavor. Experiment with spices like nutmeg or allspice for warmth.
02 - Store bars refrigerated in an airtight container for up to seven days or freeze for up to three months, ensuring they are well wrapped.
