# How to Make It:

01 - Drain crushed pineapple thoroughly using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to eliminate excess moisture.
02 - Portion and measure all ingredients. Line a tray with parchment paper for chilling.
03 - In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut, well-drained pineapple, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until a sticky mixture forms.
04 - Portion approximately 15 g (about 1 tablespoon) of the mixture per bite and roll into compact balls.
