11 - ½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

→ Main

12 - 2 pounds flank steak

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large ziploc bag, combine olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Reserve ¼ cup of the marinade in a bowl and refrigerate.
02 - Add flank steak to the ziploc bag, seal, and shake to coat the steak in the marinade. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
03 - Preheat your grill to approximately 400°F.
04 - Cook the steak for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Transfer the steak to a plate, cover with aluminum foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
05 - Thinly slice the steak against the grain and serve with the reserved marinade. Serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Poke holes in the steak with a fork before marinating to enhance flavor absorption.
02 - For stronger flavor, marinate the steak for 4 to 8 hours.
03 - Let the steak rest after cooking to retain juices and tenderness.
04 - Slice the steak thinly against the grain for optimal texture.
