Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats (Print-Friendly Version)

Rolled oats with cocoa and peanut butter create a creamy, nourishing breakfast ready for busy mornings.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 120 g rolled oats
02 - 16 g cocoa powder
03 - 32 g peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
04 - 30 ml maple syrup or honey
05 - 480 ml almond milk or preferred milk
06 - 5 ml vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt

→ Toppings and Garnishes

08 - 1 ripe banana, sliced
09 - 14 g cacao nibs (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Place rolled oats, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly to distribute the cocoa evenly across the oats.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until the peanut butter is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
03 - Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture. Stir until all oats are moistened and no dry spots remain. The mixture should appear thick.
04 - Divide the oat mixture evenly into airtight jars or containers. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or preferably overnight, allowing the oats to soften and absorb flavors.
05 - Before serving, stir the oats. Add sliced banana on top and garnish with cacao nibs if desired for added texture and flavor.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Allowing the oats to rest overnight ensures optimal texture and depth of flavor.
