01 - 100 g rolled oats

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until the cocoa powder is incorporated and the mixture is uniform.
02 - Transfer the blended mixture into an airtight jar or container. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
