01 - 2 to 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - 3 to 5 small or medium Yukon Gold or red potatoes, diced
03 - 1½ cans green beans, drained (fresh or frozen may be used)
04 - 1 packet of dry Italian dressing seasoning mix
05 - 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or similar-sized pan.
02 - In the prepared baking dish, add the cubed chicken, diced potatoes, and drained green beans. Spread them out as evenly as possible for even cooking.
03 - Sprinkle the entire packet of Italian dressing mix evenly over the top.
04 - Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the ingredients to coat them well so the flavors infuse during baking.
05 - Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes until everything is tender and golden, and the flavors are well-blended.
06 - Remove the foil and let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan.
