Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and ranch dip mix until smooth.

Add cooked cauliflower, shredded chicken breast, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl; mix to combine evenly.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly into an 20x20 cm or 23x23 cm baking dish. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer to cover the filling fully.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown. If tater tots remain cold in the center, extend baking time as needed.

Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and additional bacon crumbles evenly over the top. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of ranch dressing, if desired. Serve hot.
