Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot (Print-Friendly Version)

Creamy chicken, bacon, and ranch blend baked with cauliflower, cheddar, and crispy tater tots for comfort food flavor.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
02 - 1/2 cup bacon or turkey bacon, crumbled, plus extra for garnish
03 - 2 cups frozen cauliflower, cooked and finely chopped (approximately 340 g)
04 - 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
05 - 56 g cream cheese, softened
06 - 2 tablespoons ranch dip mix
07 - 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
08 - 570 g frozen tater tots

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and ranch dip mix until smooth.
03 - Add cooked cauliflower, shredded chicken breast, crumbled bacon, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl; mix to combine evenly.
04 - Spread the chicken mixture evenly into an 20x20 cm or 23x23 cm baking dish. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer to cover the filling fully.
05 - Bake for 25 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown. If tater tots remain cold in the center, extend baking time as needed.
06 - Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and additional bacon crumbles evenly over the top. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
07 - Garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of ranch dressing, if desired. Serve hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - To lighten the dish further, substitute turkey bacon and low-fat cheese as preferred. For added freshness, finish with chopped parsley or chives before serving.
