# What You'll Need:

→ Meat Mixture

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 60 ml milk
03 - 60 g breadcrumbs
04 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

→ Filling and Topping

10 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 60 ml ketchup
12 - fresh parsley, chopped, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are fully incorporated, taking care not to overwork the mixture.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place approximately one tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center and encase the cheese by forming the meat into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
04 - Place stuffed meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly. Brush the tops with ketchup for added flavor and moisture.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 70°C.
06 - Allow stuffed bites to rest a few minutes before transferring to a platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley prior to serving.
