02 - 2 cups frozen tater tots
03 - 6 large flour tortilla wraps

→ Cheese & Sauces

04 - 120 grams shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 120 grams shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 120 milliliters sour cream
07 - 60 milliliters chipotle sauce (adjust to taste)

→ Seasonings & Optional Toppings

08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Diced tomatoes (optional)
11 - Chopped green onions (optional)
12 - Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven and bake tater tots following package directions until golden and crisp.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
03 - In a large bowl, gently crush baked tater tots. Mix with cooked beef, shredded cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese until evenly combined.
04 - Heat each flour tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds until pliable.
05 - Place a generous portion of filling in the center of each tortilla. Drizzle chipotle sauce and add a dollop of sour cream.
06 - Fold sides of tortillas, roll tightly from bottom to enclose filling. Place seam-side down in a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and bake until cheese melts and bubbles.
07 - Remove from oven. Garnish with diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and cilantro if desired. Serve warm with extra sour cream and chipotle sauce.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Warming tortillas before assembly prevents cracking during rolling.
02 - Lightly crushing tater tots helps distribute them evenly in the filling.
03 - Ground beef can be substituted with ground turkey or plant-based mince for variation.
