# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 can (227 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Garlic Butter

02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

→ Cheese Filling

07 - 30 g shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 30 g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Seasoning

09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Mix until evenly blended.
03 - Open the can of crescent roll dough and unfurl onto a clean, lightly floured surface. Separate dough into triangles along perforations.
04 - Using a pastry brush, coat each dough triangle with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring even coverage.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over each dough triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
06 - Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly into a crescent shape, tucking in edges to secure filling.
07 - Place crescents seam side down on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
08 - Brush remaining garlic butter over the tops of the assembled crescents.
09 - Sprinkle a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper onto each roll.
10 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crescents are golden brown and cheese has melted.
11 - Transfer rolls to a wire rack and let cool briefly before serving warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Avoid overbaking; remove rolls when they are just golden for the best texture.
02 - Do not overfill with cheese to prevent leakage during baking.
03 - Allow rolls to cool slightly before serving so the cheese sets for easier handling.
