# What You'll Need:

→ Garlic Bread

01 - 1 loaf French bread, sliced lengthwise
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
04 - 60 millilitres grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

→ Shrimp Filling

06 - 450 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika

→ Sandwich

11 - 100 grams Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
12 - Additional unsalted butter, for grilling

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley. Evenly spread the garlic mixture over the cut sides of the French bread. Arrange the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and crisp.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Place cooked shrimp on one half of the prepared garlic bread. Top evenly with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and cover with the remaining bread half. Gently press to adhere.
04 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully add the sandwich and grill for 3–4 minutes per side until the cheese melts and the bread is golden and crisp. Slice and serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Use high-quality bread for optimal texture and flavor.
02 - Ensure shrimp are fully dried before cooking to prevent excess moisture.
