15 - 90 ml jarred roasted red peppers, drained and diced
16 - 3 fresh parsley sprigs (optional, for garnish)
17 - Assorted crackers or pretzels, for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - Line the inside of a 12-cup (2.8 L) capacity tube or Bundt pan with plastic wrap. Set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced bacon, drained roasted red peppers, green onions, rosemary, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and kosher salt. Beat until thoroughly blended and evenly incorporated.
03 - Scoop the cheese mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to press the mixture firmly into the base and smooth the surface. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
04 - Remove the pan from the refrigerator. Uncover, then use the plastic wrap to gently lift the cheese wreath and transfer onto a serving platter. Smooth the edges with a spatula as needed.
05 - Sprinkle the top of the wreath with chopped parsley and green onions. Evenly press black olives and green olives around the wreath. Garnish with diced roasted red peppers between the olives and tuck parsley sprigs as desired.
06 - Accompany the cheese wreath with crackers, bread, vegetables, or pretzels for serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For a more festive appearance, additional fresh herbs, cranberries, nuts, or seeds can be used as toppings.
