Line a 20×20 cm baking pan with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan and heat over low, stirring constantly, until mixture is completely smooth.

Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.

Divide the melted mixture equally into three bowls; leave one portion white, add yellow food colouring to the second, and orange food colouring to the third. Mix to achieve uniform colour.

Spread the yellow mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Allow to cool slightly, then layer the orange mixture on top, followed by the white mixture, smoothing each layer.

Gently press the candy corn into the top white layer. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or until fully set.

Remove fudge from the pan using the foil. Slice into squares with a sharp knife and serve.
