# What You'll Need:

01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 30 g almond flour
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Buffalo Sauce

08 - 60 g unsalted butter
09 - 60 ml hot sauce (e.g. Frank's RedHot)
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
03 - Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly browned.
05 - While the meatballs are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce and garlic powder until combined.
