Buffalo Chicken Roll-Ups (Print-Friendly Version)

Flaky pastry filled with spicy buffalo chicken, cheddar, and cream cheese for a deliciously crunchy snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 250 grams shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or leftover)
02 - 85 grams softened cream cheese
03 - 60 milliliters buffalo sauce
04 - 100 grams shredded sharp cheddar cheese

→ Pastry

05 - One sheet of thawed all-butter puff pastry (about 250 grams)

→ Topping

06 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling
07 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese until fully blended.
02 - Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into evenly sized squares, approximately 10 cm per side.
03 - Place a generous spoonful of the chicken filling onto the center of each pastry square. Fold the corners toward the center, pinching edges lightly to seal or leaving slightly open for a rustic appearance.
04 - Arrange the roll-ups on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
05 - Drizzle roll-ups with ranch or blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired before serving warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Ensure puff pastry is fully thawed before use for even baking and optimal flakiness.
02 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispness.
