Add Baileys Irish Cream, bourbon, chocolate liqueur, Kahlúa, and milk to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice.

Vigorously shake the cocktail mixture until the exterior of the shaker becomes frosty, approximately 20 seconds, to achieve a smooth and frothy texture.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top and add an Oreo turkey garnish if desired.
