01 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1 tablespoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

→ Shrimp

09 - 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined (13-15 count)
10 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine kosher salt, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, dried basil, oregano, and thyme in a small bowl; mix thoroughly with a fork.
02 - Place shrimp in a large bowl, add blackened seasoning, and toss to coat evenly.
03 - Heat a large skillet over high heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter, add half the shrimp, and cook for 2 minutes per side until crisp and opaque.
04 - Remove cooked shrimp, add remaining shrimp to skillet, and cook for 2 minutes per side.
05 - Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter to skillet, return all shrimp to pan, and toss to coat in melted butter before serving.
