Black Pepper Beef (Print-Friendly Version)

Tender beef strips stir-fried with vegetables in a bold, peppery sauce that's regularly requested in our household.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
02 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 onion, sliced
04 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil

→ Sauce

05 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
06 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
07 - 1 tsp black pepper
08 - 1 tsp cornstarch
09 - 1/4 cup water

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat oil in a skillet. Sear the beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
02 - Stir fry the bell pepper and onion until softened.
03 - Add the sauce ingredients to the skillet and simmer until thickened.
04 - Return the beef to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately.
