# What You'll Need:

→ Ground Beef Mixture

01 - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (85/15)
02 - 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
03 - 1/4 cup chopped hamburger pickles
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
06 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

→ Big Mac Sauce

07 - 1 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/4 cup French dressing
09 - 2 tablespoons sweet relish
10 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
11 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
12 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
13 - 1/8 teaspoon salt

→ Assembly

14 - 8 sesame seed hamburger buns
15 - 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
16 - 12 hamburger pickle chips
17 - 4 slices American cheese
18 - Additional Big Mac sauce, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it browns.
02 - Stir in chopped onions, kosher salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes until onions soften and beef is fully browned.
03 - Add chopped pickles to the skillet and cook for 1 minute more. Reduce heat to low.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet relish, ketchup, vinegar, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
05 - Add 1 cup of the prepared sauce to the beef mixture and stir until evenly combined. Reserve the remaining sauce for assembly.
06 - Layer each sandwich: bottom bun, sauce, lettuce, cheese slice, beef, middle bun, more sauce, lettuce, pickle chips, more beef, and top bun. Toast buns if desired.
07 - Serve sandwiches warm with extra sauce on the side, if preferred.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Toast buns for added texture and warmth before sandwich assembly.
02 - Prepare the sauce while the beef cooks to save time during assembly.
