Berry Salad Honey Lime (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 tablespoons torn fresh mint leaves
02 - 900 grams assorted fresh berries, quartered strawberries hulled if needed, plus blackberries, blueberries, raspberries

→ Dressing

03 - 0.5 gram fine sea salt
04 - 30 to 45 milliliters honey
05 - 22 milliliters freshly squeezed lime juice
06 - 1 teaspoon grated lime zest

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together lime zest, lime juice, fine sea salt, and 30 milliliters of honey until combined. Taste and add additional honey if desired for sweetness.
02 - Wash all berries gently and pat dry with a towel. Hull and quarter strawberries if needed to ensure uniform bite-sized pieces. Place berries in a large mixing bowl with torn fresh mint leaves.
03 - Pour the honey-lime dressing over the prepared berries and mint, gently folding to coat without crushing the fruit. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with extra mint if desired, and serve immediately or chill before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Best enjoyed fresh on the day of preparation, but can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
