01 - 4 bone-in pork chops, 1 inch thick
02 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt
03 - 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
07 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
08 - 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oil. Add pork chops and coat evenly. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
02 - Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chops for 6–8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
03 - Brush barbecue sauce onto grilled pork chops. Broil on high or return to grill for 1–2 minutes until sauce caramelizes.
