# What You'll Need:

01 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
04 - ½ teaspoon paprika
05 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
06 - 1 cup homemade or store-bought Bang Bang sauce
07 - Chopped green onions, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika.
02 - Rub the seasoning mix evenly onto both sides of each chicken thigh.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
04 - Once hot, add chicken thighs in batches if needed and sear for 5 minutes on one side.
05 - Flip the chicken thighs and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
06 - Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate, covering it to keep warm.
07 - Add Bang Bang sauce to the skillet and scrape up any browned bits. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
08 - Return the chicken to the skillet and coat evenly with the sauce.
09 - Garnish the chicken with chopped green onions and serve hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For best results, avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure a proper sear on the chicken thighs.
