In a small bowl, mix together kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Rub the seasoning mix evenly onto both sides of each chicken thigh.

Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Once hot, add chicken thighs in batches if needed and sear for 5 minutes on one side.

Flip the chicken thighs and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate, covering it to keep warm.

Add Bang Bang sauce to the skillet and scrape up any browned bits. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and coat evenly with the sauce.

Garnish the chicken with chopped green onions and serve hot.
