# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Skewers

01 - 450 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
02 - 15 millilitres olive oil
03 - 5 grams garlic powder
04 - 5 grams onion powder
05 - 5 grams smoked paprika
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 120 millilitres mayonnaise
09 - 60 millilitres sweet chili sauce
10 - 15 millilitres sriracha (adjust to taste)

→ Other

11 - 8 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if using wooden)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
02 - In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until chicken is evenly coated.
03 - Thread marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers, allowing a small gap between pieces for even cooking.
04 - Cook skewers on the preheated grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and grill marks appear.
05 - While chicken is grilling, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl until smooth.
06 - Transfer cooked skewers from the grill and let rest for several minutes before serving.
07 - Arrange skewers on a plate and serve with bang bang sauce drizzled on top or provided on the side for dipping.
