Juicy chicken, crisp veggies, and bold sauce create a flavorful, satisfying bowl ideal for easy weeknight dinners.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast
02 - 240 g cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower)
03 - 150 g mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
04 - 30 ml olive oil
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 120 g mayonnaise
08 - 30 ml sriracha sauce
09 - 15 ml honey
10 - 5 g garlic powder
11 - 5 ml lime juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Prepare the rice according to package directions using your preferred variety. Once cooked, set aside. A rice cooker may be used to streamline this step and ensure consistent results.
02 - Dice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season thoroughly with salt and black pepper to enhance flavor and promote even seasoning.
03 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 74°C.
04 - While cooking the chicken, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice in a small bowl. Whisk until the sauce is smooth and well-blended. Taste and adjust sriracha or honey as preferred.
05 - Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet with the cooked chicken. Sauté for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are just tender yet retain a slight crunch.
06 - Remove skillet from heat. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken and vegetables, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Serve the mixture atop individual portions of steamed rice. Garnish with additional sriracha or sliced green onions, if desired.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Use a meat thermometer for precise chicken doneness, ensuring it reaches 74°C for food safety.
02 - To lower carbohydrate content, substitute steamed cauliflower rice for grain-based rice.
03 - Maintain vegetable crispness to preserve both texture and nutrients.
04 - For a milder or spicier sauce, incrementally adjust sriracha and honey to taste.
