Juicy baked chicken glazed with smoky barbecue sauce for a cozy, flavorful meal any night.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 teaspoon paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 2 tablespoons dehydrated chopped onions
08 - 240 millilitres barbecue sauce
09 - 30 grams unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and line a 28x18 centimetre casserole dish with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry. Evenly coat both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Place seasoned chicken breasts in prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle dehydrated chopped onions evenly over the top.
04 - Pour barbecue sauce evenly over chicken, ensuring pieces are well coated and sauce reaches underneath each breast. Dot the tops with butter.
05 - Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 74°C.
06 - Remove chicken from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices and allow glaze to set.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Lining the pan with parchment or foil prevents burnt sauce and simplifies cleanup.
02 - Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking for a caramelized, slightly charred finish.
03 - For added juiciness, cover the chicken for the first half of baking, then uncover to finish.
04 - Let the cooked chicken rest before slicing to retain its moisture.
