# What You'll Need:

01 - 100 g rolled oats
02 - 240 ml almond milk or preferred milk
03 - 1 medium apple, diced
04 - 30 g peanut butter
05 - 15 ml honey or maple syrup
06 - 1 g ground cinnamon
07 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract
08 - Pinch of salt
09 - Chopped nuts and extra apple slices for garnish (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Place rolled oats, almond milk, diced apple, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until combined.
02 - Transfer the oat mixture into a jar or airtight container. Seal securely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow absorption and melding of flavors.
