Slice salmon fillets into uniform bite-sized cubes, approximately 2 cm each.

Combine cubed salmon with teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mayonnaise, oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 5 minutes.

Arrange marinated salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer at 190°C and cook for 12 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through.

Brush salmon with additional teriyaki sauce, then air fry for another 2 minutes until glazed and caramelized.

Blanch green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain promptly and rinse under cold running water to halt cooking.

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Sauté minced garlic in a small amount of oil for 2 minutes. Add green beans and coarse salt. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until beans are crisp-tender and aromatic.
