Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken (Print-Friendly Version)

Crispy chicken tenders glazed in honey butter garlic, made easily in the air fryer for quick flavor.

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Preparation

01 - 450 g chicken tenders
02 - 120 g breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
03 - Cooking spray

→ Honey Butter Garlic Sauce

04 - 60 ml honey
05 - 28 g unsalted butter, melted
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly blended. Reserve half of the mixture for glazing after cooking.
02 - Dip each chicken tender into the honey butter garlic mixture, coating completely. Roll each piece in breadcrumbs, pressing lightly for an even crust.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 2 to 3 minutes to ensure even cooking and a crisp exterior.
04 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer, ensuring none are touching.
05 - Air fry the chicken tenders at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. The coating should be golden brown and crisp, and the internal temperature should reach 74°C.
06 - Transfer the cooked chicken tenders to a serving plate and drizzle with the reserved honey butter garlic sauce. Serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For maximum crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and work in batches if necessary.
