01 - 4 boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes

07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

10 - 100 g unsalted butter, softened
11 - 1/2 lemon, juiced
12 - Pinch salt
13 - Pinch black pepper
14 - Pinch chili powder (optional)

→ For Assembly

15 - 2 naan breads
16 - Tzatziki sauce, as needed
17 - French fries, homemade or frozen, cooked
18 - Red onion, diced
19 - Tomato, diced
20 - Cucumber, diced

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine chicken pieces with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili flakes in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
02 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 to 20 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
03 - Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers and place them on a baking tray or in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and cooked through.
04 - While the chicken cooks, combine softened butter, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a bowl. Mix until fully blended and smooth.
